Regina Sloan, a wife and mom of four, transitioned from nursing to becoming a Certified Life Coach. After overcoming challenges like teen motherhood and personal trauma, she now empowers women to develop resilience, trust their intuition, and create the life they desire. Known for her strong problem-solving and communication skills, she applies a wide range of coaching techniques to help clients understand their emotions, break free from people-pleasing, procrastination, and perfectionism. Her clients experience newfound clarity, shift their mindset, and take bold actions that lead to lasting change. In her free time, Regina enjoys family, connecting with others, being in nature, and embracing the art of doing nothing.
