The Benefits of Thai Yoga Massage with Matt Brooks
Matt Brooks is an E-RYT500 yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance. His passion for yoga is centered on the philosophy that a robust physical (asana) practice, combined with the conscious application of the eight limbs of yoga provides a deep and powerful connection between mind and body. Matt is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage through the Soma Veda Institute. Additionally, Matt has been trained in Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, and other modalities.
Matt strives to spread the gift of yoga to others, so all people are provided the opportunity for an improved quality of life based on conscious awareness.
